The intention of the these ceremonies is to welcome the ancestors home and to tune into any healing that might be needed in your lineage as your return them home.
The reason for mass migration of Irish people was usually due to traumatic reasons like the feminine. Therefore when we return home on behalf of our Irish lineages many things can be brought up to be healed. I strongly believe this is not something we should do alone.
