Croí meaning heart, this is a 5 week meditation course online to help you come deeper into your heart, into love, peace & deep relaxation.
These classes are for people who are both new to meditation and for those who have a developed meditation practice.
Meditation is simply a practice that helps calm the mind and connect you with your inner self. It can bring peace, clarity, and grounding by helping you be present in the moment and I believe meditation is truly beneficial for overall well-being.
When we meditate from our hearts within community the energy and healing is magnified so I warmly welcome you into this community heart led space to be nourished and brought back to your natural state.

Time 6.30- 7.45pm
Recordings will be sent out to those who cannot make the live call.

The ceremonies Elaine leads are so powerful! She literally SPEAKS you into presence. For me, I had very save travels to the places my soul needed, while still hearing her voice and what she said. Meeting her is so easygoing and welcoming. Her agenda is serving her heart and mission and it is truly felt! She helped me break an "insomnia curse" and I could finally fall asleep easily (back into the mother's loving embrace). Thank you Elaine with all my heart!!!

Thank you Elaine so much for your magical space-holding last week. The ceremony with Elaine felt incredibaly extradionarily powerful. Elaine has a wonderful presence, voice, and way with words. It was so clear how much she lives with love and in love. It was also evident that, had you not arranged an online gathering, you would have done something similar just for yourself — such is your authenticity. Your phrase ‘I choose love though’ has stayed with me, reminding me to stay with love even when worry/frustration appears!!!
