“I don't even know where to begin to express the words to explain what it is like to work with Elaine. I have been on a journey the last number of years and tried different modalities and forms of therapy, but the level of support and safety I feel with Elaine is next to none. I know that I could literally open up and share anything with her, with no doubt that she will hold the most beautiful space for all parts of me to land. I have never felt so seen or heard. She makes me feel human and invites me to honour every single aspect of myself. The journey inwards can be challenging particularly as a sensitive person.
