May Love allow you to be your most Authentic Vulnerable Wild Self
For the world needs you Raw and Open to Love itself
May Love walk along side you always
as you navigate this courageous human journey
On the days of harshness & loneliness
May Love find a Home in you
In times of worry and despair may Love wrap,
Caress & cocoon you in its Embrace
Through the eyes of the Soul may see the Love
in all the Beings around you
And May you mirror back to them their love
Their divine origins
May you birth more love into this world
Through the portal of your Sacred Heart
For you Dear Child were birthed through the Love canal itself
May you feel the love from the Divine each and every day
Tarian may you always always remember
you are LOVE and how loved you truly are.
Safe
Calming the egoic mind
Quietening the whispers
That was created perhaps
To keep me safe
Trying to be kept safe
In an insane world
Of pure madness
Of dis-association
And disconnect
A world where simply Being
And loving thyself
Wasn’t even an option
Torn apart so was my authentic true- self
Ripped apart into tiny shards of glass
Broken on the very grounds of my existence
My heart so deeply buried
Behind the wall of protection & pain
Beneath the illusion of separation
Separation from God itself, from Love
And here I am now
When the quiet mind is present
Heart exposed
Heart and Womb leading the way
Through this garden of Eden
That I choose to create
A life chosen
Of connection
Of oneness with all that is
Again and again
I choose love over fear
Choosing love over this conditioned, wounded mind & body
And through this Garden of Eden
I hold the hands of all the faces of
My wounded innocent inner child
That so desperately need to be brought into the
Light of God’s loving embrace
Letting her know
Letting them know
It is now SAFE
The world is now safe
For her heart to lead the way
For her raw, vulnerable self to Shine.
Peace
Peace, Suaimhneas, Síocháin
A state we all yearn for
That we Crave ,
Seek & Search for
And yet we have forgotten that it is always Here
In this very moment
Within the depths of our Being
Within the portal of our Hearts
For it is our Natural Essence,
Our Natural Vibration & frequency
But we have forgotten
We have hid away from it
Distracted & Numbed ourselves from it
And sought it externally
Running from our own Silence
Where Peace Dwells
Ever Present
We have simply forgotten that Peace is not
Determined by having calm in our world
Peace is Being the Calm within the storm
Peace is knowing there is no
Good or Bad
Wrong or Right
You against me
Us against Them
Peace is seeing the Grace in our suffering
For suffering is the vehicle for Great Awakening
For Suffering cracks our hearts open to greater Love
For ‘the wounds are where the light can enter’
Peace detaches us from so called problems & struggles
As peace knows as one problem dissolves another one arrises
So Peace is the blue sky within a cloudy day
Peace is knowing that nothing happens
That is not meant to happen
That everything is here for our Evolution
And the greater whole
Like the caterpillar that destructs to transform into a butterfly
Things on this Earth will become more dysfunctional
As the new Peace Consciousness arrises
So we must be the Peace
During this transformational time on Planet Earth
For this is why we have come
To fully awaken to our Natural Origin
Which is PEACE
Peace is LOVE
Peace is Calm
Peace is Truth
Peace is Eternal & Ever Present
And always within the depths our Hearts xxx

Thank you
Thank you for Loving Me
Thank you for loving me from afar
For in the ethers I already feel your loving embrace
Thank you for loving me when I could not Love myself
Thank you for seeing me when my eyes
Were blind to my own truth
Thank you for Anointing me with your Love
Allowing me to finally feel worthy of you
As you circle me
Your loving Gaze
Penetrates me
For your love knows no bounds
And brings me home to you , to God
For so long my heart has yearned for you
Prayed for you
For a deep remembrance is held within
My sacred heart of Divine Union
That was always destined to be with you
And for that My beloved I will wait patiently
A love truly worth waiting lifetime’s for
And It’s only taken a lifetime
A lifetime for me to open my heart & soul to your embrace
And once we meet dear one
I will never take our Love for granted
For you are my answered prayer
You are the father of Oisín

Felt within the still, present moment of nothingness
When the identification with the external form melts away
For that is where I dwell
In the empty space
Of true being-ness
That I am presence
That has existed since the beginning of time itself
Awareness
Awareness of my oneness with all that is
Of my eternal soul
Of my true origins
Which is light
Which is pure Conscious Awareness
A Divine mirror of God I am & you are
A fractal of the Universe
In the stillness
Formless
Presence
Is where you will find me
Not above, not below but equal to al beings on this Earth.

Re-Birth
Like a new born child
I arise from the Womb of Creation
Delicate, Soft, Vulnerable , Exposed
Unsure
Unsure of this world
And how to be of it
Taking one deep breath after another
I surrender
To the path of Re-Birth
One step infront of the other
As I learn how to be of this World
Slowness , Softness
& Resting like a new born
I peak out into this world briefly
Slowly& Gently
To descend back into the nurturing embrace
Of the Mother again & again
Drinking in the sacred elixir of Love
From the Mother
That will Rebirth me into the Divine Human
That I came here to be.
Wintering
Like the hedgehog
I retreat
Into the darkness of the winter
Stripping back
Stepping back
From the loud Chaotic World
Softness & Darkness
Leading the Way Home
To my internal world of Magic
A flicker of the candle flame
Ignites my Ancient Soul
& nurses my Sacred Heart
After a year full of Growth..Love & Heartbreak
Light & Dark
Like all of nature the body needs retreat
Switching off
Turning off
Silent Mode
Allowing the Magic of the past cycle
to land fully into the very dephts of my Being
Allowing the Cailleach to sweep away all that needs to be shed
All that needs to Die away
Allowing the soft still darkness to envelop me
To cocoon my body & soul into presence
Into love
Like the Hedgehog
I retreat
To be reborn Anew
